1. What we provide
Tablebond provides AI-assisted marketing services for food & beverage businesses, including paid-advertising audits and, by consultation, website and automation services. Ad audits analyze the data you upload and produce an advisory report. They do not access your ad accounts and do not place, change, or manage live campaigns.
2. Payment and refunds
Ad audits are billed as a one-time charge based on the scope (number of ad platforms) you select, shown before checkout and processed by Stripe. If an audit fails to complete, the charge is automatically refunded. Because each report is generated on demand, completed audits are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to upload the data you provide and that it does not violate any third party's rights. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload malicious files.
4. Advisory nature
Reports and recommendations are provided for informational purposes. Tablebond is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of a report. We do not guarantee specific advertising results.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tablebond's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit giving rise to the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
